Vardhishnu had two-day field visit in Melghat on 19-20 October 2023. On 19.10.2023 we had a visit to Zilla Parishad School, Adhav and followed with actions songs, Storytelling and coloring time with children. Discussion with school teacher and Kendra Pramukh on issue of language, shortage of teachers, animal conflict, connectivity, quarters for teacher, community and its livelihood.
🟢Next day on 20/10/2023 visit to community learning center, Patkhu and started session plan with Prayer, sharing circle, action song, teaching Marathi alphabet म, tyre game and closing with friendship handshake with children. Visit and interaction with community of Patkhu. We had discussion with Mr.Sheklal Betekar (SMC, chairman) who stated Sadaya foundation work among children, important of teaching in native language, so that children can understand, and learn through different methods such as art, action song, storytelling. It is a tuition for our children. Education is important for the growth in each and every sector. School infrastructure should be repaired. It is the place where children spent most of the time and does not have proper place even to sit. Mr. Sekhlal Betekar welcomed Vardhishnu and their feedback for the improvement on education for children.
🟢Later on we had a deep discussion, doubt clearance on every single activity of Sadaya
🟢Vardhishnu (ACCP) field visit was much more useful to reshape and restructure activity in center, school and community.
